WELCOME TO J.A. PATEL MAHILA COLLEGE
 

Shri Kadava Patidar Kanya Kelavani Mandal, Morbi trust was registered in July 1977 to fulfill the educational requirements of women of rural area. In the beginning, secondary school, Sri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Kanya Vidyalay and Kanya Chhatralay were started in 26, June 1978. Due to the increasing demand of education, the number of classes reached up to 54 and it became necessary to bifurcate the school. The bifurcation was done in June 2000 and a separate school named Smt. Dholiben Jayrajbhai Patel Kanya Vidhyalay was started. At present, round about 6000 girls students are studying in this campus.

Our college Smt J A Patel Mahila College was started in June 1986 to fulfill the requirement of higher education with Commerce and Home Science program. Later on in June 1988 Arts stream was also added in this college. For the further demand of higher education, gradually self finance programs and self finance institutions of BCA, Arts and other programs like B.Ed. and PTC were also started. In this way our management has taken a lead in the field of education to fulfill the educational demands of this area.

As far as the emphasis given on the quality based education, the college has developed the infrastructure and learning resources to keep pace E with the time. We ourselves are aware about these challenges and trying our level best to fulfill the educational demands and desires of the women students. Institution keeps eye on the all round development of women and mould their character. Each and every woman should be a civilized person of the nation who can contribute to the society and the nation at large. Till today, our institution has given thousands of graduate women students to this area and it is obvious that this area would have benefited a lot.
